Change a Draw Down

On the Draw Down Event page there's button in the top right hand corner called 'Submit for Approval.' Press this if you want to request a change to a draw down record.


Click the button and a 'Comments' box will appear. In the box you need to fill in this info:

  • The change you want to make to the Draw Down Amount

  • The change you want to make to the Commission

  • The Reason for the changes

  • Specify if the Opportunity came from the Lendermatcher process (i.e. BRS or STP as the changes you are requesting will also need to be made by finance in Lendermatcher)

  • (Any other changes you want to make if needed)


Then you just press 'Submit' and your request will be sent to Accounts to be processed. Once this has been done, you'll get an email telling you what has happened to your request.
